MINIMALIST

Had a great time with my cousins couple of weeks ago in Mall of Asia. Yes! Again! Haha! It's end of season's sale so why not grab the opportunity to satisfy my shopping needs?!☺ Will be posting our shopping experience anytime soon. As for now, here's my minimalist look on that day which is very "me". Hope you like it!☺

I really am a fan of button-down shirts! A classic piece that you can wear over and over again! Button down shirts are easy to wear and style up, and one more thing I really love the most is the comfortable feel it provides.
Aside from LBD, a white shirt is essential to women's wardrobe! And this one's my favorite to date! I sooo love the casual chic appeal I get in it. Like an LBD, this is such a versatile item anyone could wear anytime, anywhere and at any occasions! Genius!
Plains & Prints hi-lo top / Von Dutch jeans / Cosmopolitan bag / Twinsisters spiked bracelet / Diva ring / Parisian Comfy flats

Have you noticed almost stuffs I was wearing here were gifted from last Xmas?!☺
I guess, the top made my entire outfit. Exuding a classy yet simple look. You think so? Well, be mindful lovely ladies that Plains & Prints is still on going sale nationwide! Go ahead and fill your wardrobe with their classy and trendy clothes! Duration of sale is until 30th of January only! You still have one week to treat yourselves! Have a happy shopping!

THE SUN, SEA AND ME

Just a few days before New Year, my family went to Mall of Asia for some quality time together. MOA's having their year-end sale until end of January! My hubby grabbed the opportunity to buy his needed stuffs then. Me? I really had no intention on buying as I did a lot of purchases a week ago. BUT (Yes, with the capital letters!), the sandals that I was wearing that day gave up on me and I think it’ll be forever! It was actually a hand-me-down from my sister that she’d only used for a single time and stored in the closet afterwards. It’s really true that stocked items are easier to break so better use them once in a while.

Well, that's the story of my broken sandals, thus what I'm wearing here was a pair of Parisian Comfy shoes I bought at the Department Store. It's a good thing that I found a pair that somehow match with my jumpsuit. Problem solved! And do you know that I got them at 50% off discount?! Despite my shoe problem, I guess I was lucky still that day!☺

The sun was scorching at me when we had this shot hence the blurred and grainy photos.

Parisian Comfy flats / Forever 21 ring

I'm currently loving this pair! Slipping into them for two consecutive weeks! It's a cap toe style flats in which I am into now! The brand says it all, comfy! They're really one of the comfiest ballet flats I owned!
Regardless of "the sun washes me out" pictures, I find these shots amazing! I mean, with the sea background plus the vessel passing by, my nautical inspired jumpsuit went pretty well together and even matched with the clouds and the sky!

And oh! Speaking of my jumpsuit! Plains & Prints stores are having their end of season's sale! Get up to 70% off!!! Santorini Collection is included in the sale! Bought this jumpsuit last year for Php1,495.00 and now you'll get to have this at half priced Php747.50 only!!! So much savings! Have you noticed I'm a fan of the brand? It's absolutely my fave local brand! I have been in two stores these past weeks and I've spotted other collections on sale! They are the Preppy Paris, Vintage Coral, Athletic Couture, 50's Flair, Neon Wave, Water Color, DNM  and some from the Holiday 2011 Collection! Catch the sale 'til the 30th of January! So if you're a Plains & prints lover like me, head to the store near you before you ran out of sizes! Will post my new shopping finds here soon! Watch out my Plains and Prints store invasion!!!☺

WHAT I GOT ON XMAS?!

I've already posted my New Year's Eve outfit here. Does anyone noticed I skipped Christmas' outfit post?! I told you! It's been the busiest December of my entire existence! Haha! I even had no decent shots to post! So I guess my stuffs I got from Christmas could do for now. Meanwhile, let my wonderful boys get it started.☺
Too busy with their little buddies! Aren't their outfit colors very Christmas theme-y?! They could match with a Christmas tree perfectly! And do you know that my child's names are even related to Christmas?! My eldest name "Lehem" came from the birthplace of Jesus - Bethlehem. While my youngest name "Jezu" was named after Jesus. Sound simple yet unique names!☺

On Jezu: Cotton On checkered polo shirt / Wrangler jeans / Crocs Crocband clogs
On Lehem: Ralph Lauren tartan plaid polo shirt / Mango distressed shorts

By the way, here's my early Christmas gifts from my Mom.
Mango (Australia) shorts and Esprit tops

Cosmopolitan bag, wallet and accessories I absolutely love!

Equip bangles and bracelet / Diva ring

My favorite of all, Diva hoop earrings in spike-y jellies!!! Devastatingly beautiful in yummy colors!

A pair of Von Dutch jeans from my hubby.

A top and a jelly purse from my neighbor friends.☺

I also bought myself a gift from my fave local brands.

That's it! Used some of them already! Watch out for my next post wearing these ensembles! Still have new stuffs to post on the blog.'Til next time! Thanks for reading and have a great day!

Shopper's Uniform

Christmas is exactly six days away! Everyone's busy buying gifts and sales are everywhere! This is the busiest month of the year for me and I'm sure to everyone! Here's what I wore on our sibling's day out before the Christmas month arrived.
Meet my siblings together with my nephew.

My brother Michael - the sweetest brother in the world!

My siblings and I had a great time together. My sister Cianne bought a travelling bag and booked a flight to Sydney. And the time you're reading this, she's already in Australia. I'm sad because she couldn't celebrate Christmas here. I terribly missing her! If you're a reader, you'd know how really close we are. Thanks to the technology! Communication is much easier and faster!☺
(Forgive my blurred photos. Still have no budget for new camera. DSLR camera is way expensive and sponsors is the only key for me to own one. Calling Mom.. LOL!)

Anyway, I really really love this travelling bag my sister bought. It's so stylish and very light. It has a combination of hard case and durable fabric in addition that it's in my fave color! If only I do travel a lot, I would get one.☺

On to my outfit, I throw on casual clothes - a shopping uniform for "us" girls! Button down shirts/basic tees and shorts combo paired with flats! It's the comfiest ensemble to wear in the mall so I think that's why girls always wear this combo.☺
Levi's tank top / Kamiseta shorts / Landmark belt / SM Accessories pearl earrings

Plains & Prints tie-knot top

Rubi (Cotton On) satchel bag

Aldo stone encrusted flower ring

Steve Madden I-Dentfy flats

Many thanks to my siblings for the photos.☺

Fun Tough Girl

A few weeks back, my sister received a good news! Her student visa application to Australia has been granted! And because we're too excited to have it in our hands, we went to Makati the very next day. We're rejoicing and even felt that we can party all night hence I rocked in this outfit.
I created a look with fun tough girl touches. I started the look with these booties. How I love that they're made of glittery snakeskin-like fabric that looks like a leather which instantly gives off an edgy vibe. I also love that they come in peep toe style and fabric material allowing just enough ventilation for my feet. And oh! They are wedges, just the things I needed! I'm just 5'2", so wearing heeled shoes is my way to look taller.☺ But some heels make my feet hurt so I always got blisters at the end of the day. Good thing that there are wedge shoes which are less painful compared to other heels because there is more  support under the arch of the foot. I love, love, love wedges!
I wore a skirt with similar colors and detail with my wedges - black and metallic in animalistic print. To add a twist, I paired it up with this orange top that has a nice back detail.
This top is actually one of my faves! I've been paired it with almost everything! And I can still have numerous pieces in my head to mix  with it.☺ And it's also my first garment in orange color. I was skeptical in wearing orange before. I just learned that choosing the right hues is the key. Now, I'm buying more orange and tries the other hues as well like salmon to tangerine.☺

To achieved a tough look, you'll never go wrong with spikes or studs! In this look, I showed off my dangerous side by putting on a spiked bracelet.☺
Aldo stud earrings / Diva oversized ring / Twinsies spiked bracelet

My sister had an outfit shots too but I won't spill it this time. She'll be posting it on her blog she's working out. Anyhow, did I achieved an edgy look here? I hope so! Have a great weekend everyone!☺

Purple-licious

Jezu just turned three last month and since the date fall on Tuesday, we ended up meeting their Daddy in the nearest mall after work hours. We spent quality time together through playing in the arcade then had our dinner before going home. I just wore basic clothing to keep me comfortable in chasing my children. Haha!
If you knew me personally, you'd know that I'm a purple lover. I couldn't resist collecting items in shades of it. If I had to choose between purple and pink, I'd definitely pick purple! If I'm Ms. Purple (or should I say Mrs. Purple☺), my sister is eventually Ms. Pink! Being a woman, I also love classic colors like black, white and red. But for this post, let me drowned in yummy purple outfit for that young and free vibe!

Purple really goes well with pastels and neon so I pile on my fave glow in the dark stacked bangles. I can't get enough of them!
Plains & Prints top / Twinsies glow in the dark stacked bangles

Do my top prints and bangles look as if they were meant for each other?!

To slice through the monochrome outfit, I injected neutral color black on my bag and shoes.

Lacoste roll bag / Steve Madden cap toe flats / Equip purple hoop earrings

Now that I'm done about my outfit, I want to present the birthday boy - Jezu.
On Jezu: Disney top / Levis shorts / Crocs chameleon clogs

Look at those legs, Jezu still managed to maintain his poise. Daig pa ko! LOL! (left)

Jezu danced like crazy after throwing a strike in bowling!☺ So how did he do it?

The celebration was done in simple ways, no party and games. I didn't feel bad about that though. You can't have that every year, right? What matters most is that we're all happy even in the simplest celebration we had. I bought him a cake and his fave foods anyway!☺

Now my boy is three, growing up before my very eyes, I just wish he grow up to be a better person.

Fringe & Lace

I'm in Bloglovin' lovely people! I always wanted my blog to be more visible online so I joined Bloglovin' to help me doing so. I admit I'm not really good at writing but I find blogging really interesting and fun wherein I get to indulge my passion in fashion. I hope you can follow me. Please please!!!☺

Anyways, my family attended a certain birthday party two months ago and here's what I wore. Actually, this post should had been posted if only my pictures weren't corrupted!
from Australia flower detail wedges

I got a new photographer here - my hubby. My outfit shots were usually taken by my sis and my lil' boy. I somehow feel awkward taking poses whenever my husband's around, as if he's teasing me already upon looking at him. Haha! So I can't believe when he even coached me some poses to do in between shots! Yay! He's actually the one who's responsible on my pose in the first photo.☺
Plains & Prints top and shorts

As I was saying, my hubby took my outfit shots but to my dismay, other shots were corrupted and these are the only photos recovered. I cropped this one because my face was disgusting here. LOL!

Anyhow, on to my outfit, I paired this fringed top with my pretty lace shorts I got from Plains & Prints. Ohh! How I really love the brand! I told you that you'll be seeing me in this shorts in my previous blog HERE
Bulova watch (hand-me-down from Mom)

This is actually not my first look with this shorts. I had it paired with a blush top before.

Satin Here & There (Sister's Bonding)

Last Saturday, SM Dasma was on 2nd day sale so there were tons of bargain everywhere! My sis & I instantly decided to catch the sale in the said mall for great shopping deals we might find. I was in a hurry heading out the door that day so I just donned in any clothes I grabbed. But only now I've noticed that I'm wearing satin on satin here. Even my bag team-up with my clothes!☺
Plains & Prints blouse and shorts
What I usually wear when shopping? Same as every girl would like to wear like comfy clothes that I can easily move around in.
Crocs Mccall flats
Flats or comfy shoes that will save my feet from hurting on excessive walking.
This is my "sakit-ng-ulo-ko" pose. LOL!

Minimal accessories as possible for less distraction. A watch is a must have for a hands-on mom like me to keep me updated on time as I don't have all the time to shop and can't afford to be away from my kids for a long time.
Olive green bucket bag from Australia

Lastly, a reliable bag that can accommodate my stuffs. Not too small but definitely not too big so I can move around with it.

I wanna share with you guys great bargains I've got from one of my fave local brands - Kamiseta! Got them all at 50% off!!! I'm such a lucky gal!☺☺☺
I'm really happy with my purchases. They're such great finds! I'd be much happier if there's a Plains & Prints store in SM Dasma. Needless to say, I'm very much satisfied. It's been a fun day to me as it always turned out whenever I'm with my sister doing our greatest bonding ever - shopping! How about you, what bonding do you do with your sister? I'd be happy to know.☺
